Caitlin earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Scranton while playing collegiate softball. After sustaining multiple shoulder, knee, and hip injuries, she developed a deep appreciation for rehabilitation and the body’s ability to recover through movement. Caitlin went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.
With 3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and specialized training in women’s pelvic health, Caitlin founded Built to Move Physical Therapy and Wellness to help women restore strength, confidence, and connection to their bodies. Her practice empowers the Jersey Shore community to stay active and strong through personalized one-on-one care tailored to each individual’s goals.
